• What amenities are included with the rental?

  Our venue rental includes:

  • 10 consecutive hours,
  • In-house tables (large variety of sizes/shapes),
  • Padded folding chairs (black, mahogany, or white)
  • Two private suites
  • Day-of security guard and venue manager
  • Built-in bar in each space
  • Beautiful outdoor (4 season) space attached to the 325 Space

• Do you provide audio-visual support for corporate events?

  We do not have any in-house AV equipment. Any outside vendor is welcome. We have some suggestions on our vendor list. Your event designer will work closely with your production vendor to ensure audio and visual needs are met within the space.

• What is your venue capacity for different event setups?

  325 Space

  • Plated Dinner: 250 Guests
  • Social: 315 Guests
  • Theater-Style: 300 Guests

  333 Space:

  • Plated Dinner: 350 Guests
  • Social: 600 Guests
  • Theater Style (North-East Corner): 350
• Can you assist with catering, rentals, or event planning?

  You will be assigned a designer to help with in-house enhancements, which include but not limited to lighting, installation, draping, lounge furniture.

  We also do customized food and beverage menus. All liquor must go through Zilli Hospitality Group. No outside liquor is allowed to come into the venue.

• Are there parking options for our attendees?

  We have a near by lot that can be rented out for your event. Otherwise, there is street parking and other public lots around us. We do recommend a preferred valet service if you choose to utilize them.

• Do you offer weekday or non-peak pricing?

  We offer a discounted price for off-peak months in November and February through April. Discounted rates and promotions may vary.
