Your dedicated event designer will guide you every step of the way, ensuring every detail is taken care of. From our first conversation to the last dance, you can rest easy knowing your wedding is in the hands of the most experienced, caring professionals.

• What’s included in the venue rental?

  Our venue rental includes 10 consecutive hours, in-house tables (large variety of sizes/shapes), padded folding chairs (black, mahogany, or white), two private suites, and a day-of security guard and venue manager.

• What access to spaces, furniture, and support staff is provided with the rental?

  An event designer will coordinate with you from start to finish with venue design, catering, and bar services. Leading up to your day of, where your venue manager will coordinate your vendor load-in, event timeline, and ensure your event runs smoothly. You can also download our Rental Lookbook to see all of the rentals we have available. We do not have sample floor plans as every event is custom designed.

• How many guests can the space accommodate?

  325 Space

  • Plated Dinner: 250 Guests
  • Social: 315 Guests
  • Courtyard Ceremony (uncovered): 250 Guests
  • Courtyard Ceremony (covered): 200 Guests

  333 Space

  • Plated Dinner: 350 Guests
  • Social: 600 Guests
  • Ceremony: 350 Guests
• When can we arrive, and how long do we have access to the venue?

  You get 10 consecutive hours with the rental. Most clients with on-site ceremonies, upgrade to 11 hours. Each additional hour is $250.

  The most common timeline is:

  • 3:00pm Vendor Load In & Setup
  • 5:00pm Guest Arrival
  • 5:30pm Ceremony
  • 6:00pm – 7:00pm Cocktail Hour
  • 7:00pm – 12:00am Dinner & Dancing
  • Before 1:00am – Breakdown & Vendor Load Out

  All items must be removed by the end of the night, before 1:00am. No items can be left to be picked up after the event at a later date.

• Do you have a list of preferred vendors, or can we bring our own?

  We do have an approved list of caterers because we do not have a traditional kitchen on-site. The caterers on our list are licensed and well equipped to provide the best food and service for your guests. If you are looking for an all-inclusive experience Zilli Hospitality Group is the preferred caterer of Pritzlaff Events. All liquor must go through Zilli Hospitality Group. No outside liquor is allowed to come into the venue.

  We also have a suggested vendor list with an assortment of industry professionals that have ample experience in the venue and can guide you with their expertise.

• Is there a dedicated space for the wedding party to get ready?

  Each space includes a set of private suites, perfect for getting ready and relaxing before your event. These suites are available during your rental timeframe and provide a comfortable area for the bridal party to gather before the ceremony. They also feature a private dressing room, restroom, and a quiet space to take a moment to yourself amidst the excitement of the day!

• What are the catering and beverage options?

  We do have an approved list of caterers because we do not have a traditional kitchen on-site. The caterers on our list are licensed and well equipped to provide the best food and service for your guests. If you are looking for an all-inclusive experience Zilli Hospitality Group is the preferred caterer of Pritzlaff Events. All bar related items go through Zilli Hospitality Group.

  We are very customizable with our bar. If there is something you love that we don’t have, we would love to look into outsourcing for you!

• Are there any restrictions we should know about?

  Load-In Details: All vendor load-ins go through the courtyard at 143 W. St. Paul. Vendors should enter through the designated metal service/BOH door for the specific venue space they’re working in (either 325 or 333). Please note that load-ins through N. Plankinton Avenue and guest entry doors are not permitted.

  Load-In and Strike Times: The standard setup time is two hours before guest arrival, with one hour at the end of the night for breakdown. Additional time can be arranged if requested.

  Volume Limits: To respect tenants above the event spaces, we maintain a strict volume limit of 95 dB during events.

  A/V and Supplies: The venue does not provide in-house A/V, extension cords, or gaffer tape.

  Installations: To preserve the historic nature of the Pritzlaff, any installations have to be contracted through Zilli Hospitality Group.

  Other: No sparkler or cold sparks inside the building. Cigar, vaping, and cigarette smoking must take place outside. No bird seed, glitter, confetti, or real (red) flower petals (down the aisle).
